Seems like an extereme park will be built in front of d'Tempat... 

Extreme Park never appear in Master Plan, no issue of scrap however BSS has more than 5,000 acres if Matrix really want to have Extreme Park sure they can find place to build it.

Congrats to BSS owner. I believe the extreme park will bring the house price to a new level, especially housing near to d' tempat

Yes the merchant square land has been changed to extreme park. My agency has been appointed as the sole exclusive agency to market the BSS Merchant Square Phase 2 units. There are total of 38 limited units of commercial shoplots (dual frontage concept) fronting the lakeside dubbed as "merchant waterfront" and overlooking the Extreme Park.

I think so, already there is plan to turn Metro Park into  one-stop wholesale and tourist shopping destination for curtains, home decorations, carpets, blinds, wallpapers and electronic gadgets by MK Curtain Group & Associates. MK purchased 11 shop units with a total investment of RM14 million at Sendayan MetroPark (third phase) in August 2015.

The success or not the wholesale centrer  in BSS will depend on the  upcoming completion of TUDM Academic
Centre and number of tourist visit to the state iconic mosque in Metro Park.

With costing of approximately RM70 million on a 10-acre land in BSS and 2 years’ estimation time upon completion, the mosque is able to occupy about 5,000 Muslim prayers. This iconic mosque will be Negeri Sembilan’s main tourist spot that will be able to attract more than 1,000 tourist every day. 

I think Putrajaya Mosque is much bigger.

The pink-domed Putra Mosque is constructed with rose-tinted granite and can accommodate 15,000 worshippers at any one time while Sendayan Mosque only 5,000 prayers, but it is easily the largest mosque in NS.

The mosque is welcomed by Muslim who is the majority there, while Chinese mostly lived in Hijayu series, based on waze distance between Sri Sendayan Mosque and d'Tempat Country Club (the nearest landmark in Hijayu series) about 2.33 miles (3.75km), in between them  is TUDM Academy and Training Centre, I believe the "noise polluton" is minimum.

Everytime I come to BSS will definately see this tunnel, I thought this is government's project until I read the Bulletin.
I will say this is a resposible developer

Police say will consider increase the manpower in BSS as this township is booming, three are 3 cases reported in BSS for year to date thanks to the more police patrolling, beat houses and patrolling vehicle.
