Well, hopefully they have Monday morning meetings and tomorrow TM's management will get the feedback that their loyal, early adopter customers are not happy...

Actually, if TM allow VIP10 customers still under contract @ RM199p/m to change to Advance30 @ RM179p/m.

TM should allow the people who subscribed to Advanced30 @ RM199p/m to change to RM179p/m?

Guys, after clicking "Next" for the SKMM complaint form what happens?
Mine nothing happened...so not sure if timeout or what.

Do they send email to you to confirm receipt? If yes, is it immediately or?
What about the nombor rujukan?

Came straight to TMPoint. Explain to t guy, he gave form to complete, now waiting to hand in to counter staff.

Seems the 24 month contract period will restart once processed.

Everything is moving to the cloud. As cloud computing becomes more pervasive, upload speeds will become more important.

It makes more business sense for TM to give a lower upload speed now and in the future be able to offer packages with higher upload speeds and charge more for it...

Already edit the post much earlier to state that the results are not random yea. Only servers that seem to work well with TM network/my ip range & vice versa were shown. There are results of servers on the 'same location' that cannot even deliver 20% speed & similar ping of what was shown. Just trying to check if 'everything else made equal' can we get 'full speed' from anywhere? Yes probably can. It's for... uhh.... download purposes tongue.gif
