smart move if we terminate and pay for rm500, then apply new one... after 2 years, break event with penalties....

or we bomb their twitter???? i think smart move if all of the early adopters force them to give new prices....

just read the term and condition, if terminate before 12 months, need to paid penalties rm500, plus hypptv balance...

after 12 months only paid rm500....if i know, sure just upgrade 30mbps first then upgrade to 50mbps....

some body or some one already file a complaint better share it here... then we can use copy and paste as usual trick the tm done to our complaint which always "check your device, bla2..."

maybe if they receive a massive complaint, then the skmm or telecommunication ministry will force them to give us discount.... i remember during maxis rm118 for 10mbps where early adopters get that price back right if not mistaken??? if right we can use this case...

i thought on august the already launch 30/50 plan....so it like cheating to the customer here....

dont worry on asymmetrical speed...

i tried do download and upload both in same time and both get the speed as advertise...

it seem like that upload speed been capped only, not like you do download, upload will worse or you do upload, download become worse....effect on others thing like ping, i am not sure...

My complaint to skmm

Huraian Masalah/Problem:

Saya telah menaiktaraf perkhidmatan unifi saya melalu TM sales telemarketing pada 21/09/2015 kepada kelajuan 50Mbps dibawah pelan Unifi 50mbps pada harga RM249 (tambahan RM50 kepada pelan Unifi 30, RM199). Pada ketika itu, saya memahami dan menyedari bahawa pelan internet ini yang telah diumumkan oleh TM pada bulan August dan menganggap TM telah melancarkan pelan tersebut secara rasmi. Namun yang demikian saya merasa tertipu apabila TM mengumumkan sekali lagi pelan baharu yang dijenamakan semula dan dikenali sebagai UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps pada 15/10/2015 dan menawarkan harga yang lebih murah iaitu pengurangan sebanyak RM20 (tambahan RM50 kepada Unifi Advance 30 Mbps, RM 179+RM50 = RM229). Disini saya merasa tertipu sebagai pengguna awal atau pelanggan percubaan dan TM menganggap pelanggan yang berdaftar pada 15/10/2015 dan seterusnya sebagai “early bird” padahal saya telah mendaftar lebih awal lagi.

Tuntutan/Remedy:
Oleh yang demikian, saya menuntut diskaun sama yang diberikan pada pengguna baru atau yang telah menaiktaraf kepada pelan tersebut sebelum ini. Ini kerana saya sebagai pengguna terawal/percubaan terasa ditipu dan berhak mendapatkan diskaun tersebut. Terdapat juga pengguna lain yang berdaftar tempoh sebelum 15/10/2015 telah mendapat diskaun tersebut dan saya menuntut hak saya juga. TM seharusnya lebih adil kepada semua pelanggan yang telah menaiktaraf sebelum pelancaran sebenarnya untuk pelan ini...

Hope can get diskaun...

yup... for 1300(tm unifi cs) the charge is different... if not mistaken for 2 minutes they will charges 20 sen and subsequent minute is 4sen... but that one old rate, dunno what new rate if got...

but now calling 100 enough... free summore... hehehe

suddenly feel youtube lag tonight... previous ok je... or depend on youtube server?? sometime 1080p get good streaming while others teruk...
