There is no way u can use DDR667 in DDR400 slots...
DDR400 falls under DDR1 [There are DDR400 for DDR2, but it's not used in large quantity]
The only way for you to use that DDR667 is to upgrade u're motherboard...
Higher speed RAM for overclocking?
