Did anyone call you up, yet?
If not, that means something is wrong with your application and stuck somewhere. You should call them up and inquire.

Unable to pay via posonline for the last 2 days, internal error message pop out. Hopefully it's not permanent blocked.

anyone submitted application but without any reply and record for 1month + ? i had submitted my application at mid valley branch on 21May2016,till date i called Aeon Centre they always said never received my application .. how ah ? =(

Mine also same. No reply for one month. Luckily I had the agent's name. So i called Aeon call center and provided the person's name for escalation as the agent did not reply my message.Got the card 2 weeks later.

The CS did ask me what is the agent name ! but i didn't have it ! arrr.. my bad.. next time going to note down the agent name .. lesson learned.. but how u got the agent contact number or what ? they gave u name card?

All my experienced to applies credit card from agent that they will normally provide for their name card just in case if any happen can be contacted

Good NEWS , i sent them a email tell them to checked my application. they reply me they found my application , and request me to send them additional documents for them to proceed the application process. But to send them the documents by send to the branch or mail to HQ address ??

Correct! That's how my application took 3 months to complete.

Wah.. really 3 month for all those documentations ? guess my complaint works .. the branch agent contacted me today and ask me to send them the document by email . hrmm.. will see how long more to get the application complete..
