I can see the reward points in the statement. Not sure why you can't....

I'm only seeing AEON Big Visa Credit card reward points on the statement, not the Aeon Big Member Points.

I believe they are separated and Aeon Big Member Points is only visible from the purchase receipt.

Just like AEON credit card where you also get AEON membership points in the AEON member card account, to be used for redemption of vouchers or products, etc.

the last time i requested to transfer my watami points to Aeon Big, the CS told me it's not feasible to transfer Watami points.
Only Watami to Aeon or New Aeon card can.

I think the only way to find out is to call up the customer service.

I was advised by the CS to redeem all my Watami points first before cancelling it. Because according to CS, the Watami points cannot be carried over to Aeon Big card. Better call to clarify.

Yea, mine just arrived today although the bill drop date was 10th.

apparently, there is no RM1.50 fee.
