I had problem keep track of the balances if more than one card. Also , keeping too many cards risks losing them, too.

With the new AEON Portal, I was surprised to see my cancelled Watami card still shows up although as 'canceled' status.
Today received the e-statement and was pleasantly surprised to see there is a credit of RM11.98. Called up CS, request to transfer to my Aeon Big card. I wonder where that credit comes from.... |

Giro IBG to pay Aeon card 3 days ago, but till today, the online website doesn't show any reduction of outstanding balance.
Called CS, was told that payment has been received, but the online site won't show until next statement. Next Statement! Amazing site! |
