Hmm if Roman were to sack JM, we need to pay him huge amount of money due to his contract....Frankly speaking, I still think JM is the best man for the job... sweat.gif

If Roman sack JM, who are we going to get..... sweat.gif

Much improved performance but Butland denied us. We play bad, we lose, we play good we lose. Story of chelsea this season. #mourinhoIN

wow thing can actually get worse from what we already have sweat.gif COSTA injured and HAZARD already low on confidence as he did not do his usual wait for keeper to dive first only shoot penalty style, decide to blast into the net but was well saved by BUTLAND, cant imagine his confidence level now sad.gif

2 cup down. Fa cup + long shot UCL left.

At this rate I prefer the team to get 3rd place in UCL group stage and try to win ueropa for auto ucl qualification.

At this rate, the chances of Mou getting sack is very close although if we win against Liverpool but still if we lose the next match Mou will still be sacked.. Unless we win 5 matches in a row. That would rather be less possible with our player's current form.. Nevertheless I still hope Mou will at least lead us until the end of season if Roman really wants the sack. Come on, nobody is perfects.. At least let him try to fix everything he could with a time of entire season.. IMO I still feel that he is the right man to lead us for at least 10 years.. unsure.gif

I'm not really a fan of sacking managers midway through a season. I think JM isn't entirely at fault. Except for maybe some dubious decision making when it comes to selecting the starting lineup.

I think the players are the biggest problem. Last season's premier league win has got to their heads and has made them lazy, slow and complacent in all areas. There will be some much needed movements in the transfer window in January.

Fans have got to accept that we will have a bad season every now and then but keep the faith in JM. He is the best manager we have had in a while.

the bad form continues.... after losing to Stoke I think the board might have made up their mind...

To be frank, it is unfair to sack Mou after just 3 months of bad form... yes, it is the worst run that Chelsea have had... and we are in danger of being relegated... but compare to his bad 3 months to his good X months.... how many times that he (Mou) brought silverware to the club.... Sacking him would not be the solution...

At least let him work his way out until the end of the season. If the result is not good then release him by then... it's a kind gesture to a great manager that serves us so well... if they sack Mou, then no manager would willing to come.

These are definitely tough times as a fan, but we always have to get behind the team and the manager. Mourinho will definitely get us out of this rut.
