true every manager has their favourite position, but it has to come with a sense that it will not work all the time, tweaking has to be done to suit different opposition.

having said that, mou is always be one of the best managers in the world, if he stays then its time to wake up and figure out why we are in the hole. if he goes then its always be for the good of the club and i hope the new manager is for the long run.

I think JM have tried rotate a lot of player but is still not working, but the only way we going to win again is still by getting those senior player morale up and play again. Now i think is best to stick to a trusted 11, change formation if needed and park the bus to grind out 1-0 win.

I was really disappointed with MATIC last match. JM try to keep faith with him and boom he repay with a red card and i think he totally let the team down. its okay. we going through a rough patch after cruising past a season.

Jose stays. It is time we stick with our manager during hard time like this. But Jose has to change. Avoid at all cost any unnecessary distraction with the media and ref. People will keep on targeting him again and again.

Somehow I feel Mou's distraction for his team is backfiring. We noe Mou always wants the spotlight on him instead of his team. He always protect the team, he criticize officials so that newspaper write about him and not how bad the team performs. Just maybe, Mou is going too far........ And now the club is afraid that the image of Chelsea FC will be tarnished bcoz of Mou's action.
