anyone getting very high direct shipping cost on taobao ?
electronic item -> size like pc mouse, weight 0.3kg but shipping cost like 3kg-4kg. tried few different item individually also very high....

why does the 30 day warehouse countdown start from day order placed.?? and not from day item arrive in warehouse ? weird

one order no update local china tracking since 23rd, was suppose to arrive consolidate warehouse on 25th. maybe parcel go missing ? First time kena this issue.....anyone know what to do next ??

I really need help on this, my taobao account of more than 10 years suddenly got "restricted". Haven't bought anything this year, only browsing. Now when try login got message pop up restricted. And because of this.....can't use livechat (because require login first). call (60)392125564 taobao helpline malaysia...and its chinese voicemail...don't understand it. contact facebook sea.taobao...no reply at all.

how to solve this? my taobao account linked to my phone no (so cant use phone no to register new account), also taobao account linked to alipay (dont think alipay can be linked to new taobao account), also taobao account is linked to xianyu account. so definately I want to recover my taobao account...but unable to do so.

anyone know how to get english on malaysia taobao phone no? or what keypad number to press for account related queries ?

mine not taken over, all login sms code come to my phone, just after key in code still cant login....just display restricted. did you use same phone no - to create new taobao account?

I see, not sure what is going on....but searching online seems lots n lots of taobao foreign accounts being banned/restricted for no reason past few months/year.

anyone know 3rd party shipper which include local taxes (cant use official ship)

taobao sea ship, how to get local tracking number after clear customs? is under LEX. took 18 days for sea ship to reach and handover to local courier
no local tracking number given in taobao logistics page

both app and browser login cant see it only got the 15 digit taobao waybill number
