just wanna share, my order (2 items in single order) have been separated during shipping. first item received yesterday (shipped from warehouse on 20/11), second item just shipped from warehouse today.

talked to their CS and they told me they separated the order to expedite the process due to 11/11 backlogs.

My colleague's experience, she bought something from Taobao, they used ABX for deliver the items.
The deliver guy sent the item to wrong place, fake the signature of acceptance of goods and simply throw the items (the items packed in a box with fragile label)
My colleague filed complaint to them and no feedback, end up email to the branch manager. Guess what? The replied email was written in broken English(worse than Google translate). At the end, no compensation was given, my colleague said won't purchase anything from Taobao unless use other courier service than ABX Express.

i believe the dex was not on the list anymore as they are now congested with all 11.11 promo and my collegue who's doing china logistic did tell the same. He didnt encourage me to place further shipment within Nov and Dec. But you know, i just proceed with the order as usual and guess what, its all pending and delay.

So far my experience with Dex is the best as i was living in Penang so the Local Gdex here is quite efficient. Never had any delay more than 9 days from the day i placed the order. 

So i got no choice but to pick 4px and Lazada for consolidation. I never thought that Lazada service was so bad. Anyone know where to track the order for Lazada and 4px besides than taobao official tracking?

Can anyone help out/give suggestions? I've received the items I've bought during 11.11 last Tues 28/11 and shipped via DEX-ABX. When I received the goods, I got only 4 out of 6 items that I've purchased and the shipping status is shown as delivered, even though I've not clicked Goods Received button yet in the apps.

To make it stranger, I got the parcel delivered via Skynet  (I think as I can search for the delivery status via Skynet web site but not ABX web site). I think the parcel came in from Subang as I can see the word SZB written on the parcel.

I've tried to connect DEX customer service on 28th, 30th and again today. However, CS just told me that they've informed their warehouse to search every time I talk to them but yet to get any status updates. I wonder how much longer should I wait as the missing items are quite expensive. Also, the due date for payment for these 2 missing items are going to due soon.

What should I do?

Got provide oversea tracking number, but I don't know where to check on my own.

yes 4px, and local is airpak... they just called me said that my parcel being taxed by custom with amount of rm1xx, they will email the invoice.  , i never being taxed using other consolidation services.. maybe 11.11 or 4px sucks.

hello guys, i want to ask about direct shipping , i want to buy 10-20 units of socks and they provide direct shipping. This is my first time want to use direct shipping and buy a lot of quantites. Will there be any problems when it arrives in malaysia if i buy that range of units? i mean like kena tahan kastam or similar to that? and direct shipping usually faster or slow than using normal warehouse shipping?

According to today local dailies sinchew -

Alibaba (Taobao) ban Ezbuy at all -

close their over thousands taobao user account

ban shipping stuffs to their warehouse address in china

citing ezbuy as scalper act beyond 'buy for me' agent role, do harm to genuine general buyer and even seller (as being marked by taobao system as fake orders ship multi to same address)

My 4PX shipments paid on 4 Dec still not arrived. Search hardwarezone and found out that lots of 4px shipments were delayed due to 11.11 backlogs. Contact 4px on taobao and aliwangwang either no reply at all or give standard answer like still clearing customs, please be patient     
Worst experience I had so far with taobao.

Is GDex the local courier for the ZTO consolidator in taobao?
