I encountered a really weird seller.
Before buying, I communicated very well with the seller.
Once paid, I got a tracking number but items did not get send out.
PM seller but no replies. After 2 weeks, still no movement on the courier picking up the items. In the end, I cant help but cancel and asked for refund.

I cant understand why a seller would want to go thru the trouble and get nothing but a bad reputation. I really no luck buying from Taobao

Maybe you sifus can give me some insight as to why

seller wants to play me i guess, i think need to wait 5 days to get auto-cancel and refund if seller does not dispute the cancellation
anyway, i just ordered from another seller.

This kind of super long stuff fortunately seller cancel your order. Else later on the forwarder site when come to the shipping cost calculation you will complain here and there. And say forwarder is cheating you. Unless you are shipping lot of thing and engage like at least 0.3CBM of sea shipment. Then you can all lump together.

Yes, there is a refund option in Taobao
But I dont know if it will be approved if item is lost in Malaysia

Yeah, I guess I will wait for the parcel today. If the item is still otw, I will not gonna hit the confrim receipt (another prob is that it only left 5 days to confirm).

My package showing arrived hub since 20th a June but I never heard of May Express before.

Just received my parcel from taobao again. This time clearly the van is ABX express.

Taobao consolidated sea shipping bout 17kg (volumetric)

Same speed as last time



But anyhow the goods are not really protected. So some of the steel racks have dents have to knock back, patah a bit need epoxy to glue. But the glass stuffs the seller already put in box with polystyrene so it is safe. Electrical items also is boxed and have polystyrene so it is safe.

Looks like for sea shipping it really depends on how the first seller pack the items, also the items at the edge of the bag is usually the ones dented. The items inside is okay protected by other stuffs.

I just realized it's not 17kg but it's 28kg haha.

When I made first payment through e-banking first time it was waived too. I'll try with Lazada wallet whether second order onwards got free waiver
Alipay RMB you mean topup RMB inside alipay? I got balance RMB inside Alipay.. Lately I realised the rip off rate charged by the reloader. Through bank rate/revpay rate more attractive.. but that 1.5% hmmm makes it almost the same with top up RMB balance

Taobao direct shipping has a lot of restrictions.

Better use 3rd party, but 3rd parties are getting more expansive since covid.

Any recommendation?
