No such thing as so call that the mypostman is the best. For example, 2 weeks ago i airship a stuff normal good with volumetric weight 12 kg, actual weight is 1.5 kg. If I engage mypostman, I need to pay 7 kg as chargeable weight which is 23 x 7 = rmb16. For my case, I paid only rmb56 because my chargeable weight is 2 kg which is rmb56. For certain air shipper when someone has no idea for this thing, the chargeable weight is 12 kg or around rmb260-270

Just another forwarder agent. Nothing special. The prices are also about the same comparatively among the competitors. But one thing I don't like is the chargeable weight of volumetric weight and actual weight whichever is higher. Lot of forwarder agents especially run by China nationality are using the formulae volumetric weight - actual weight <= 20 or 30 kg  then only volumetric weight is chargeable.  I see no reason to let this company to chop the wallet for air shipment.

Which forwarder service are you using now?
Also, anyone know if ectbuy/yeslogistics still resume their operation as usual or shipping to msia now halted?

Those forwarder agents might not for you because mostly are opened by Chinese national. Even website and customer service only understand mandarin. There are a lot of agents are offering first 20 kg no volumetric weight. Few will offer volumetric weight - actual weight not over 30 kg. Few will offer first 10 kg no volumetric weight

Volumetric Weight 21kg & Above : Half Volumetric

Personally I never engage this one.

There are certain forwarder agents also introduced actual weight sea shipment as long as the Volumetric weight - actual weight < 15 kg and within certain size. Eg https://www.xiaomayibuy.com/. Don't know is still applicable or not for this sea shipment to west malaysia

During this period, it is not advisiabe to go via air shipment due to escalation of air shipment cost with sea shipment speed. Now a lot of agents already mention this, please go via sea shipment. China customs clearance is fast. But need to be in the q for up to 10 days to get on flight.

Some agent launched a expedite air shipment. Eg sfinex. But is only limited to normal goods

Sea usually takes 2 weeks right at least

i paid rmb 44 for 1 kg, cause i need a sample send to me asap, but end up kena tipu by agent.
they promise item will arrived in 3-5day but now 10 day still nothing, don't trust those agent.

But agent lie, he told me if I willing to pay 44 it confirm arrived in 3-5 day, else normal air 10 day.
So I paid him premium but it still more than 10day

Is it normal for Taobao Direct warehouse processing to be very long?

I decided to try Taobao Direct delivery for the first time last week (I usually use the consolidation option). My parcel was delivered on 2nd May to warehouse - the last status is "Consignment has been signed. Awaiting processing in container warehouse". And it has remained like that up till today.

Hi, im still noob when comes to taobao but managed to register an account, and find some items i need and added to cart. Here comes the confusing part. I dont understand chinese so im using google chrome. Which is cheapest option for me? Using a warehouse in guangdong? Then ship all from there to my place? Can i do all this by myself or better to use a agent in lowyat? My items all less than 100 ringgit, small items anyways, electronic parts.

better reach 1kg, 31rmb but make sure not more than 1kg, they will charge 2kg Also, before buying show items to agent, make sure they say is not sensitive. I got 1 case, the joker charge me 65 because sensitive etxra 34 surcharge. I snap shot our conversation & he revised back to 31rmb

I'm not sure what happened to the GDex but from what the TB CS told me, they haven't even pick up any parcel from China. Mostly all still at the warehouse waiting for pickup. Looking at the comments from GDex fb page, it maybe legit that they will only deliver the parcels from June which means after Raya.

In the past, whenever I buy anything above RM1K (not 1000 Yuan), I was able to get Taobao to use DHL Ecommerce instead of GDex. Although that was 2 years ago
Nowadays, even for something that costs above RM2K, I'm still getting GDex

Anyone still able to get Taobao to ship through DHL Ecommerce?
