You still won't get the local tracking number (only can see on the app), but at least you can see which courier.

Any idea when Cainiao Malaysia will get back to work. Some companies in China are on break until the 7th.

Kastam is one thing, but Cainiao also needs to inform the local courier to arrange for the pickup, based on a reply on the previous page.

Cainiao's rep via the Taobao site did say 'your local Customs have been more strict recently' but I think it's a polite form of saying 'your Kastam side is slow, not us'.
