those important ones, even if you know it's harmful you still would take it because the benefit outweights the cons, those optional ones, depends how much risk you are, like Hepatitis if you eat alot of shell seafood, or like to eat steamboat or share salivas with other people, that puts you in high risk group, so if you don't have immunity it would be better to take the vaccine even if it has other harmful effects.
