Me too. But I can only hear it after I reverse my car and stop.

I have written to Mitsubishi Malaysia to complain about the infotainment being useless not able to allow us to install apps particularly Waze. You may want to write to them as well to complain how redundant the so call infotainment not able to entertain the owner when it is locked.

Alternative is to load the original Clarion AX1 firmware over the stock one. The question is will it brick the whole unit. Any android guru here.

Found these three wires sticking out from the floor underneath the passenger seat. What wires are these?

Yellow - seat airbag connector
Black small - seat belt warning indicator switch n sensor connector
Black big - heated seat

No la.. It's ok one. The heater seat also not connected and no switch in ur car.. Hence no connected.. No power one.. Juz the wire there only.

Manufacturing nowadays and older days different. Workmanship expensive nowadays.. So the mass produce the same parts (no need different wire for 3 airbags or 7 airbags)... When assemble that time also easy.. Juz assemble with airbag seats or without.. Of coz the airbag controller (ecu) is different unit for 3 n 7 airbags la

Passenger seat warning

Mine doesn't show the passenger seat belt warning sign. Is it due to the cable not connected.

Can someone with the 2WD version advise whether their car shows the passenger seat belt warning sign when the passenger did not buckle-up.

there is not much to complain to the latest FB version already except this infotainment. i did mention it in the FB and the service centre there , but i guess we need to write to the Mitsubishi malaysia... can we all jsut complain at the official Mitsubishi FB ??

Can flash tcu meh?

It is possible to reflash the TCU as we had managed to read it out from CAN obd2.
The throttle response can be improves with remap/tuning process.

Btw some understanding on CVT gearbox and the characteristic on how the gearbox shift.

At 'D' position this is how gearing looks like


At 'Sports Mode' the gearing is more aggressive


In other word,if u want to hold shift gear at higher rpm press the pedal more.haha
