I talk to DBKL officer yesterday when submitting my document. Seems that you need to pay deposit RM15K to the developer in order to qualified for the balloting.

just to be clear DBKL don't back up this company, if anything happens we will be on our own. No help from DBKL or the government. That is what convey to me by DBKL officer at Anjung RUMAWIP Menara 1 DBKL.

Not clear with this statement.
When do we need to submit the RM15k to developer?

After the document passing up and verification, they will call you to prepare the RM15k ?

when you submit the document at dbkl, they give you the developer contact no, you have to deal with the developer. I've yet to call the developer.

This is horrifying. I wonder how this works in fact. I am in the same situation like you. It is absolutely risky and that is what I can conclude. hmm.gif

Applying through RUMAWIP will be the first step. Then, you will require to submit your full supporting documents to Menara DBKL 1. If you go to the Menara, I think you will be asked to contact the developer. That's what happen next. sad.gif

Nothing much but to agree with you. The risk is there and your point for bank loan is absolutely right. Nowadays, it will never be that easy to get one from the bank if your income does not fulfill their criteria.

You all not go through agent to purchase ?as what i knew is the agent will submit to developer office (together with the 15k deposit) then will inform us later whether entitle to balot or not

I bought another project, PandanMas. Agent also request RM15k cheque for booking fee before ballet.

The good part is i get ballot once i submit RM15k at the same day.
