QUOTE(kambing_hebat @ Feb 3 2008, 03:35 PM) hm.....would like to no which broker accept debit card n using metatrader. I've asked the Help Desk of FXCM before regarding this, they mentioned that FXCM is coming up with their own Metatrader this season.n also....i hav tried the fxcm demo..... the problem is.. wen i open the fxcm and the metatrader platform, and while comparing it side to side, the value of the currency are not same. the fxcm demo is linked to the live trading or not?? newbie......... In the website, it mentioned it was supposed to be last January, guess they still have some bugs to fix (now testing mode). |

I tried UOB and bankwired to my FXCM acc, I dont get the exact amount I bankwired, they had minus some money just to transfer between diff banks. HSBC if open acc if not mistaken need loads of money.. issit true?how much money did they minus if transfer from other bank? i've submitted my details for fxcm.. now waitin its metatrader... |

Last week I tested one new method, out of the 26 trades traded, all were in profits with no loss. Closed and earned total 124 pips.

QUOTE(normeck @ Feb 3 2008, 11:21 PM) First of all, I dont use stop loss, because I can easily make back the money I loss should I take wrong direction trades. I have close a few trades that go -negative 100 to 600 pips then come back with profits when EU come back down. But then thats my style of playing. I only take loss when I think I should. For news, it is either I take a trade @ good price b4 the news or when I see some opportunity 5-30minutes after the news, I usually dont take a trade WHEN the news come out. And what is PO?QUOTE(low yat 82 @ Feb 3 2008, 11:25 PM) Like I said in Long term GU is going down.BOE will be cutting rates. But I dont play GU much + the USD is still crap, FED also cutting rates so both GBP & USD is weak. So @ 1.96xx I wasnt confident to short it. But if above 2.00 YES, GU isnt worth more than 1.97 QUOTE(jack2 @ Feb 4 2008, 08:11 AM) It is 300 not 250. |

QUOTE(normeck @ Feb 4 2008, 10:21 AM) PO = pending order.... There is a different between you and billytong playing without stoploss. From billytong post, considering he can withstand large drawdown, that mean he is using sound money management or he have large capital. Thats why he can trade without using stoploss.about stop lost...i also dont play that s/L...i take profit and in my term "tapau"....i always tapau back when it goes negative ...seldom used stop lost...like billy said... i just said S/L because almost everybody playing S/L... for now i "tapau" GJ from 209.xx.....2 lot somemore...wakakakak!!! As for me, im using stoploss alright, but not the usual stoploss that most people use. Mostly they are using small stoploss (around 30 pips or so) and is a constant stoploss (every trade set SL to 30 pips.) Mine have large stoploss (or I could say as hardstop) and the value depends on what the market tells me. |
