guys, a quick one can i mix guppy with tiger barb?

thanks, not yet put together just think it may be good to be in my 1ft aquarium with the barb& tetra.. bcoz just clean the urn that it supposed to be in and found out that it have about 16 fries alrd.. now put in plastic container first before put back into the urn..

should be come out alot loh, it was in the big urn not the 1ft aquarium.. thes 16 are what left i think bcoz the parent didnt bother to gulp them up..
