Initially when I got it too it was around there.
But when I test pakai LAN, seemed fine.

Their router is of poor quality. I changed routers and even wireless now can get around 28+ mbps

I don't know how to respond to this.

They should not overcharge customers if they cannot cope with the overcapacity.

Over the last week or so I notice getting disconnected once/ twice every 1-2 days for a couple of minutes. But speed and ping still okay.

You pay premium price, for below par service that shouldn't be dependent on "MAYBE".

Of course they didn't state guaranteed speed, because they completely leave that bit to the fine prints in adverts.
As per premium price, scout around the region and you'll know that we're paying premium rate as compared to packages offered in other countries.
