Condo, yep all good.

First time installation the guy already told me my condo has the best copper (yes, copper) connection he has ever seen.
Neat, and able to deliver good speeds.

Since I changed to 30mbps, those technicians came and talk cock saying oh building lama, wiring teruk.
Padahal just 2 years back different technicians said they were impressed lol

If 3 phase and you know the designated wiring i.e. which sockets are in the same phase, then shouldn't be a problem.

Same here. This happens with me every 2 months.
Call them multiple times a day for a week or so till they get it right. Need to threaten to report to MCMC otherwise they won't give shit

Stock router is shit.

Their infrastructure can't cope. They're interested in tying you down longer as more cheaper options from other players may be coming soon.

Even on LAN?

Download wifi analyser app, see how much interference you're currently facing from other nearby wifi networks. You may need to change channel. Or get a better router
