Is TM purposely slowing down the old unifi speed just to make people upgrade to 30mbps? Every night unifi damn slow. Not even streaming. Open web site like lazada also slow.

the speed tends to throttle at night mainly due to the high amount of users active online. Sad case.

i upgraded from VIP 10 to the new 30 package. I do notice the connection is less stable and at times slower. Regretted upgrading. Should have stick to VIP10. Didn't know there are difference cause it's all UNIFI.

Same as mine, they come change my modem after that still same after a few days thenvI complain again, they change downstairs server card, but I don't know what card they change, mine is condo

Yes. Every night I also like that. Not only YouTube, download stuffs also slow, most international site slow like fk at night.

Of course they didn't state guaranteed speed, because they completely leave that bit to the fine prints in adverts.As per premium price, scout around the region and you'll know that we're paying premium rate as compared to packages offered in other countries. |

Just subscribed for VIP5 for 2 weeks already. Whenever my family members open HyppTV, i getting high ping on my online game. And this problem occured everytime they used HyppTV. From what I read in this forum, HyppTV will not interrupt Internet connection but it's vice-versa... Any solution? Sorry for the english
