try ask them check your area outside cable, maybe got some problem then make it like that as last time my cousin also encounter this similar problem, thanks.

lol you think you are the only one paying for the service ? it depends on your contention ratio and if a lot of those in your shared pool uses torrent then bam. QoS or no QoS or even line allocation your line will still be crap.

Same problem here in Selayang.

The ping before 8pm to SG server will be 10ish , after that jump to 60 ping and everything goes back to normal after 1am. This happens on a DAILY basis.

Its been 2 months for me!

I'm currently on VIP 10 and having no issue at all, just afraid after upgrade to 30Mbps it will be causing more problem.

Location: Taman Desa

Last time, I'm having all kind of problems while using WIFI and all problem gone after I changed to LAN permanently

Was on vip 20, still can surf Sarawak report Web page. After so called upgrade to 30 maps, straight away cannot surf Sarawak report Web page. Connection speed is like shit at night. Guess problem must be related to dns and the ip address

screenshot the speedtest constantly and email to their customer service. Let say you screenshot at 9pm or/and 12am then email with serious tone of yours. tq

bro.. are u test the speedtest using wired or wireless.. if wired mmg ada issue kalau slow macam tu..
kalau pakai wireless maybe jadi slow sbb interference...

dont give us that sweet sleep shit, we pay them for their service, not they do it for free


summore they have prob they fix it, all we customer know is we pay for that service we get what we pay. they working 24 or 48 hours is not our prob.


cost of internet in malaysia already high enough, still want give shit excuse for bad service
