If compare to Titiwangsa Sentral or Vue it is not true. TS currently ongoing psf is 600-650psf.

For me... new is associated with better spec and facade, better design, more efficient layout (ok this one TR wins hands down they pack in 3 bedrooms in 750sqft). If solely relies on new factor.. IMO it will not enough at its own.

Usually PBB will only come to board as EF when developer has obtained the APDL.

Age is one factor.. But there are many factors in place.

TR as a product.... imo just a medium cost apartment. Even the artist impression already condition the prospect buyers do not expect any superior delivery from developer. biggrin.gif

It will be interesting to see 4 years down the road subsale purchasers willing to pay RM800-1k psf at this excellent location with such product offering.
