the developer have increase 3% of the price,

All bumi and floor 27-29 all open,
so if you still intrested to grab one unit,
please PM me your contact.

Average price PSF now is around 730-750,
no more 753,710, left 850 for non bumi, 635 still got 2 unit for bumi.

BTW scale model already reach show room,
come have a look for more clear picture

I think depends on unit, so not comparing apple to apple.

Corner unit has a premium of 12k or 13 k
Dual key has a premium of 8k

So, I think a lot of difference if one choose corner dual key at high floor, plus without the 3% discount

Yes sifu and 750 sqft low floor which I think is the best choice. Swimming pool view. Not facing west sun. And shield away from the LRT tracks. And less available % with only 4 units per floor. (studio 1 bedder should be the least %)

vs 710 sqft with 4 units facing west and 2 units inside view per floor.


p/s: the available 710 sqft priced higher than the 750 sqft you got.
