Why they give you blank SPA?

In fact they told me if I would like to remain 1 % rebate, I should sign booking form (exchange old booking form) and sign SPA on the same day. Does it make any sense? Anyone can advise this?

However, they told me that 10 % is actually (8 % + 1% + 1%).

1) In addition to 8 % incentive, purchaser is entitled to a further incentive of 1 % of the purchase price if they signed the SPA immediately upon sale confirmation.
2) If their loan is approved within 30 days from letter offer to purchase, a copy of letter offer is to be delivered to developer as evidence within the 30 days period. Then Purchaser is entitled to another further incentive 1 % of purchase price.
3) THese two incentives will be set off against the first 10 % of purchase price of the property.
4) If purchaser is unable to complete the purchase due to any reasons whatoever, the purchaser must refund in full these two incentives to developer.

I just get to know this on last weekend. you know about this?

Did they keep chasing you to exchange to new booking form and sign SPA? SA said if don't exchange and sign SPA this week, they will open for other buyer. Is that true? Can they do it like that even though we already place our booking?
