The car park is the worse, u need to drive 7th floor to get your parking (turn until pening kepala), if daily like that sure expensive the petrol expenses.

The overall design makes me feel uncomfortable, donno too small or wat... now plan to sell but seem impossible as most owners sell below market price ... sob.

Property cost rm 460k. Rental for basic unit with curtain, kitchen cabinet... is only rm 850-900. Less rm maintenance fee, only rm 580+- collection. Which means only 1.5% ROI. BAD.........
