I see a lot of cheap rent in Mudah. 700, 800 with parking. Legit?

Any block D2 owner here who bought >RM550k 3 yeras ago? Their launching price just 280k, we can buy 2 units using the money to buy D2 unit already. I and other buyer still decided to buy in tower D2 because at that time they use the points that tower D2 is nearest to the shopping mall, got link bridge to the mall, facing main road, lower density, more shops downstair because is facing shopping mall. Most happening block.....

But now, where is the god damn shopping mall? Even nobody can answer what mall and when will be open, will the mall plan cancelled? This is like being cheated by the appointed property agent 3 years ago. They also told us that minimum rental is RM1800, now theit panel property agent told me RM1000 only and also still hard to rent out.

Without the shopping mall, what the feeling for the owner from block D2? For the owner from D2, anything that we can do to let MS know that many owners are very not happy now

What can we do to complain this? I am sure that all the owners from tower D2 will be angry and unsatisfied especially the shopping mall plan is seems like has been turned down by MS.

to be realistic, even many malls in kl is not performing.

u need to have the population only can talk

dont tell me kl ppl will going down to look see look see every week...

bangi ppl may go to ioi city mall ba, at the moment

those days before 2009, whatever you bought will get handsome return...no need skills... just need 10% deposit

do you mind to highlight which project do you earn from ms? I couldn’t think of any. discount any that is built before property bull period.

This project just like akisama project in old klang road, But location wise akisama is much better..renter still need time as so many units need to be digest...however, if u all have any approve layout for the mall then u can go kpkj to compliant..but chance very low because developer have right to amend the layout anytime..

I made 16% gross from MS project by flipping. Yes post 2012 purchases. the profit wasn't great, but I have no complaint either. It was the timing issue.

sorry I don't share what property I bought in forum. Hope you understand.


BUT very unlikely I will buy from MS again. Not that MS not good, but there are other better buys.
