logically, if your modem is in router mode, you have to forward the port(s), if it's in bridge mode, then don't have to fw..

Tuotu can be easily edited using editor. If anyone interested to do a translation for this program, It'll be my pleasure to share my knowledge. However, please take note that this program is fairly large number of menu, sub menus and a large amount of translation need to take care of.

Protocol Summary

TuoTu is a P2P software based on P2P technology.TuoTu uses UPNP and DHT technology.TuoTu downloads files very quickly. Now,TuoTu is very popular .

Communication
TuoTu supports BT、ED2K(eMule)、HTTP、FTP、MMS and RTSP protocols.TuoTu use TCP 3000 as its default login port.

If TCP port 3000 is blocked,TuoTu use TCP 3306 as its login port. If all blocked, then TuoTu will login unsuccessfully.

How to block TuoTu?
Because TuoTu login port is only TCP port 3000 or port 3306, so you can block them only by disable the ports in the firewall. We recommend you to block TuoTu in two ways:
1).Use firewall to disable TuoTu port.
Use firewall to disable TCP port 3000 or port 3306.

2).Use firewall which has deep content inspection capabilities.
Use firewall which has deep content inspection capabilities to block TuoTu's P2P function.
This site teach how to block Tuotu...it says port 3000 or 3306. Already forwarded that too....no luck.
