share ratio in the circle,but no speed graph,encrytion available

the speed is weird,first it is slow ,but after i pause a while then resume the speed jump to max,then when i stop again and resume it is back to slow speed.
and now it looks good again around 50k/s.

the site says works with Win2000/WinXP/Win2003,so i guess win 98 is not supported

i set my half open connections as auto ,surfing net is smooth

still using Tuotu.i change the listening port yesterday as the speed getting slower and also change the half open connections from auto to 15.Though the speed is unstable between 30-50kbs.

i think the TCP n UDP port shouldn't be same,well at least thats what i doing

small area broadband
school network
~not sure about this~
high speed internet connection
default

i supoese you just let it be default

tuotu is still doing well for me
