Do not limit download speed , just limit upload speed.
Limiting download speed will cause your download rate to become fluctuative and it's like roller coaster.
Unlimiting upload speed , on the other hand will slow down your download as well.
For my case , 256kpbs Upstream. Limit to 15 - 20 will be perfect , anything above 20 , my download speed become will become less than 20 in just less than 1 minute.
Then the HALF OPEN connections , set it not more than 50 , it's the best at 20-30 if the window is patched to 256.
Max Global Connections - set it to 999 Max Connections Per Torrent - 200 would be perfect if you're downloading only 1 torrent. (currently im testing 1 torrent at a time.)

My suggestion - Don't limit your download speed , leave it to AUTO ( 0 )

It would take forever to upload back the ratio if upload is set to 15. But if it cause download speed to drop alot, then what to do. We must always try to upload back or else p2p community will suffer.

I just started using TuoTu. Even though BitTorrent isn't as fast as it used to be, at least TuoTu is able to get speeds from international peers. I just hope the developer will iron out some bugs especially the one regarding Firefox.

Can someone help me? My downloads start at 20kb and will last about 5 minutes, then it will drop down to 1kb or sometimes to 0kb. What am I doing wrong?
Details: Streamyx package - 1MB RM88/= per month Router - ProLink H9200 Port Forwarding - TCP port#64321; UDP port#64323. Set Half Open download to 25, patched to 256. Limited Upload speed to 20, Download 120.
I checked my IP address, and it does not make a difference if I am using 218.x.x.x or 219.x.x.x..... problem persists.
