Maybe you can check this out too!
I saw the banner advertisement from facebook and went to find more info on it.
http://www.bangranghostel.com/introduction.html

I have booked my stay there for one week. Location won't be a problem I guess as clear directions are given on the website.
20k won/night is the cheapeast I can locate for now. Decent ones.

Anyone have any idea if an iphone 3gs is able to roam in Korea? It's stated in Maxis' site that to roam in Korea, one need a 3G phone but I've read that Korea uses CDMA technology which the iphone does not have.

A bangkok based new airlines Asia Value Air is flying BKK-ICH. Booking commence in December. Now we can 2 in 1, visit bangkok first then Seoul.

hey thanks bro.

maybe the website is down, cant get thru to the online booking sad.gif

so i assume the cheapest option would be air asia now for chinese new year period, or cathay.

i bet airasia is a cheapest and less hassle if you fly from malaysia.
i don't see any other airline compete in term of price yet in this region

don't know much about these hotels but .. i really think itaewon is a waste of time ._.
like what my friend said, its a place where foreigners cheat other foreigners..

Added on November 2, 2010, 11:20 pmbtw, i really recommend innostels .. smile.gif and they did have a problem with people below the age of 21.. i don't know why, coz the first time i tried back last christmas they wouldn't allow me to stay and the 2nd time i went, last march i think, they were more lenient :s i don't remember which one i stayed but i was in Jongno-3ga.. plus, some of them can converse in english/korean/jap/chinese.. so ok lah smile.gif
