i think u need a notebook cooler, u can find at the BULK section, the guy who selling notebook cooler is ngbh or either vCool. try to search at there.

I undervolted it using NHC. And yeah, I changed the paste. I'm using Arctic Ceramic. The main problem isn't really the heat transfer. The heatsink in most notebooks are so bloody puny they only provide enough heat dissipation to keep it within "acceptable" limits.

Btw, I personally feel that anything about 60C is unhealthy for a notebook. My notebook never goes above 60C.

Gaming + No AC = 60C
Gaming + AC = 53C
Normal Use + No AC = 45C
Normal Use + AC = 40C

Those are my temps...roughly.

I'm using a notebook cooler. I'll find some time to take a picture of it later. smile.gif

what about those cooler pad made from alluminium? but still laptop is like that one la....heat problem......for normal use is ok....game take up more power

Have you tried raisng the lappie?.....,I did it for my home rig....,i cut 2 squash balls into 4 halfs and put it under the laptop....,hell...,it even absorbed vibration...... laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

60C quite normal in gaming.. dont expect ur laptop can in temperature below 40C like normal desktop PC.
can try use artic silver 5 termal grease to ur laptop CPU surface. it might help reduce a bit

yaya.. i also own a v3010. just lift it up create some air flow space....

i currently using a 1.5 inch square aluminium tube as spacers.....

I think there's no need to worry about overheating because all laptops are tested before they're sold.
