"KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer S P Setia Bhd’s earnings surged 153% to RM261.78mil in the third quarter ended July 31, 2015 from RM103.32mil a year ago as it recorded its best ever revenue due to its Australian venture.

It said on Thursday its revenue increased 81.2% to RM1.634bil from RM902.66mil. Earnings per share were 10.18 sen compared with 4.12 sen."

After reading this, seems like the possibility of having the discount is low.
Due to fact that the build up size for Floris is larger than Grandlis (~200sf).
But of course, i hope i am wrong on this.

I concur with your opinion... If 793k is before discount, means the discount rate should be much lower than Grandlis.

My personal experience from Dataran Merdeka till Semenyih is around 1 hour 10 minutes (620 pm Friday evening), but Mr. Bear say he needs 2.5 hours.. So now Mr. Bear is the one travelling, need to follow his time.. tongue.gif
