Toilet only a issue in San He Fengshui sec, while in San Yuan Fengshui which I learned toilet is non fengshui issue but more as a hygiene concern.

To be frank most of the so called FS consultant when his remedies not effective will blames on this and that minor thing to cover their incompetence.

Some even said toilet on top of main entrance bad fengshui/bad chi

I went to keh poh chi this morning....not many crowd. I thought there will be huge crowd or car park till main roads. I guess with balloting registration style valid till weekends, this ease the human traffic flow. According to SA, they expect more people will come during weekend as weekday, many folks are working.

When I left at 11.30, I saw the balloting box, bumi only 1 tickets, non-bumi probably more than 50 tickets.

Only 1 ic is allowed for 1 balloting. The cheque is returned back to you once they capture the data. Guess it's to ease the refund process. Once balloted, SP will call you for unit selection based on sequence number on 24-Oct. At that time, you can either choose 850sq ft or 949 sq ft.

I will make up my mind whether to invest by this weekend, as I feel 3 lifts supporting 16 units per floor is not enough. I would have preferred at least 4 lifts, then again, this is medium cost, can't expect much. No free gifts either and you can't use your SP loyalty points to offset the 10% downpayment.
