I didn't ask leh. But the SA only promote residential units and never mention or highlight the retail lot.
Max rebate only 10%. I asked, 9% + 2% existing EW owner not 11% meh? She said cap at 10% max.

visit Eco Meadow yesterday and very impressed the concept that they have, but. while visiting the show room, I found the toilet upstairs kind of weird to design directly face to staircase for 20 x 70 unit. Is it good in term of feng shui?
22 x 70 don't have this problem. but sold out.

Price is dis or not?

Total is hw many unit for this condo?

Around 20++ units are still available, most of it located a bit away from Club house. after visiting the house and having feeling that the developer put lot of effort on the showroom and marketing, There is also concern on the high voltage cable and transmitter tower nearby at beginning, but later found out it most likely won't come into sight due to phase 2, 3 high rise.

Can walk in to view the condo show unit. U can ask your questions to the SA. Or u may call the number below. Let me know if u need referral.
