Based on the earlier news reported in The Star on 16 April 2015
- EW owns 24.28ha in the area on which it plans to launch an RM920mil mixed development called EcoMeadows, comprising 50% residential and 50% commercial components, in the second half of the year. - The residential phase of EcoMeadows comprises 3-storey terraces in a guarded and gated scheme in Batu Kawan, priced at between RM700,000 and RM800,000 per unit. It was reported (and consistent with what I knew earlier) it will be 3-storey terraces ( http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Busines...deal/?style=biz ) ... but based on the teaser below seems that EW will launch 2-storey terraces - change of plan? Penang is quite a different market in the sence that it's not easy to convince Penang lang to buy sth - sometimes they just want to have the best of both worlds. Sth shared by my Penang friend but who has already been "localized to KL".
