if the d2 is out of your budget, just get a subox complete kit for under rm250 with battery, call it a day and dont look at new mods/tanks/updates

it's a regulated box with a battery that outputs power to cook flavours. I've yet to meet 10 subox owner who regularly use 40 watts or more. why the need to change?

Well depends on your build actually. I've blasted my D2 to 75w max on my Velocity just for shit and giggles but still handles it like a champ. Warmer than I'd like it and the flavour was intense but, doable yes.

i have a noob question about the settings for the ipv mini + subtank mini. i am currently vaping at 18watts on the stock subtank mini coil and i was just wondering if 18watts is good for flavour. i was researching on the settings and noticed some people saying that 25watts is better for bringing out the flavours of the e-juices. could any sifus shed any light on this?

Depend on your build juga. If stock coil theres two, 1 is 1.2 ohem, 1 is 0.5 ohem (for Subtank V2 la). If 1.2, then 25W would be quite high. But, it all depends on your preference, the juice u r using and taste bud. Some find 21.5W brigs out the most flavor. Some 13W already syiok.

Some people like ah mois, some people like aweks. Just find what suits you and stick with it. Don't be afraid to experiment once in a while. You might be surprised with what you can do
