My friend apply Citibank card via ringgitplus for Lenovo.. after more than 1 month of card approval, never receive the unique code from ringgitplus.. email to check keep saying has escalated to Citibank.. ask to wait 7 working days.. after 7 working days, they said will issue on 20 May onwards.. mean no deadline? 20 May onwards is very broad term.. my friend very frustrated.. anyone faced this b4?

If my current cashback as at 28 Feb is only RM15, so, they will auto credited RM15 effective March? Since previously I need to accumulate RM20 only they will credit to my acc..

Called up b4 anniversary, which AF suppose to charge in April, both premiermile n cashback card AF delay to Apr 2019.
