For citibank cashback its based on statement date, the counting of CB is it thru posting date or transaction date? Thanks in advance.

as mentioned from the title cashback visa, if they are rewarding the 10X points how is it possible to be awarded points to the CITI cash back visa card?

Quick question i noted that CITI rewards points cannot be used to offset your outstanding balance? last time i used to see that option at CITI mobile app
