My confusion comes from their choice of words.

Yesterday called CS, unwilling to waive service tax for me because my card is just 2 months old. She asked me to try again next year.

Also asked about foodpanda, she said is considered 'dining' which make sense because i didnt get cashback for a big transaction on foodpanda as my dining category is maxed out.

But, my friend who only swipe on foodpanda get 0.02% for that (spent above 500). Doesnt reconcile. Anyone can enlighten/share experience?

Got charged RM25 service tax today, my card is Citi Clear MasterCard. any idea if Citibank is offering SST waiver in the form of cashback? And if yes how much do I have to spend/swipe?

Update: got rejected. don't know what happened lol. Maybe my tenure with my new company is not what they are looking for? Close to 2 years but not yet.

coz citi rewards annualfee is quite expensive.. wonder what is the condition to waive it.. u got experience?

I'm currently looking for CC that can cover above spending, and so far Citibank Cashback CC ticked most of the checkbox.
However my application was outright rejected by the system.
I confirmed my CCRIS record is all 0, DSR still in positive range, working with current company for >5 years, even my CTOS score is 753/850.

i think rm5 is not from this campaign right? could it be from the other one with either CB or contest entries?

all done using TnG eWallet? maybe you check back, what's the exact time? coz TnG eWallet can see up to the seconds.

just did it for another bank's cc using TnG ewallet as shopeepay keep asking for TAC, it's shown as 00.00.06, not sure if this is good enough to win
