For SST, charge 25, but give me this LOYALTY CASH BACK RM 50.00.

The CS that I spoke to this morning also said the same thing.
CS said clear all the outstanding - AF and then call back again for card cancellation.

I have no interest for the conversion since I have no attachment with them.

cashback quota and eligibility month is based on the posting date. if the amount is posted after statement date, it will fall in the next statement cashback.
