yes i still suffer same issue, already called maxis help centre, seems no1 have idea what is really going on there, ask a friend of mine who use maxis fibre to try download from my seedbox, he got fullspeed while i'm here stuck with 25kb/s

no such appointment needed, this retarded intermittent issue cause by so called "static IP" of yours, i call them yesterday asking is it possible for me to get new IP, they said "no sir, cant do sir, its static IP sir", 5 minutes ago my IP just got refreshed and now i'm back with full speed to my server

What kind of retarded policy are you guys using regarding "public IP is using static but at the same time those "static IP" refresh itself?"

and here i thought i was the only one having slow connections...
Maxis speedtest shows i'm getting average 5.x mb download while upload is 10Mb...
I thought i paid for 10mb download

same here. After midnight or 1am, the download speed goes back to 10mbs. From around 8pm till then, it is crawling at 2mbs.

I give up calling to complain. People on the line dont know what is going on or they just give you a response that does no good.
