Looks like i am not the only one having this problem. Slow and unstable connection speed from 8pm till 2am is what maxis have been telling me. Is it because in this time frame ppl getting off from work and maxis cannot cater to everyone's bandwidth?

No time frame is a very bad excuse, and i have been calling almost everyday since 2 weeks ago and i can see from this post the issue is on-going for months now. What is the hookup?

Usually i can understand internet disruption for a few days or a week but few months? If your engineer isn't capable of rectifying or fixing the issue, please hire a more professional ones for the job. Get it fix already or is Maxis expecting customer to celebrate their service disruption anniversary?

You got my point. Yes , exactly slow and unstable connection , internet speed dropping drastically.. Maxis advertised high-speed broadband packages but then failed to deliver what they promised customer can get at least 70-80% of the speed. I subscribed on 5th may and only enjoy the speed for 2 weeks! It's going to be 3 months , but they do nothing and asking for your patience.
Only MAXIS will use NO TIME LIMIT as an excuse. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
I received call from Maxis today, they will send technician over to change my wireless router , well i can very sure that is not about the device problem. rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif and they will close the case after that. Guarantee !! mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

Im using TPLINK just go to any pc shop get the router (TPLINK) where there is a sticker with unifi and maxis home fibre sticker, then it is compatible

Price range from rm150 to rm500 depend on model and performance

I choose the 2.5 and 5ghz cause 5ghz offer higher and cleaner speed
