Yeah I think this condo is not bad. The design and facilities will be better than the “normal” PV projects.

I think is on the left. Yes I have been to sports arena nearby I would say the shophouses nearby of this area can be “improved”-to put it politely too hehe. Having said that, psf of this condo is superior for now compared to the other launches at this area.
