Again along OKR stretch....
How many thousand units gonna flood in years to come? Can the total 6 lanes highway caters those morning and evening masses given the fact that it is already so damn JAM now.

petalz - 3.04 acre, 565 units d'sands - x acre?, 365 units citizen - x acre?, 711 units PV - x acre, 728 units 2k+ units. must start looking a spot to sell nasi lemak and newspaper liao. 1 unit make RM1 also can earn RM2k per morning.

Looking at the increasingly growing catchment in the Okr- OUG-Bukit Jalil Area, Paradigm Oug and Pavilion Bukit Jalil should do very well!
