Wanna ask some opinions from sifus here

I am looking for dell inspiron 7447, but i notice there are 7447HD-71814G-DOS and 7447HD-71814G-W8. If i am not mistaken one is pre installed with windows 8 and one is without os right?

So it is better to take the dos one or w8 one?

Guys I was suggested by someone on MSI GE62-2QL i7-5700HQ / GTX950 2GB / 4GB /.  nearly RM3.8K Anybody can share any good or bad on this model. I guess I need the bad one more then the good one. Worried to make a bad choice.

Well office work word excel and stuff, but of and on some graphics design work with some rendering. I know the 8GB Ram will be good  but with my current notebook with SSD, I can't really imagine booting up with HDD anymore..

Well anybody else can comment on the GE62 good or bad ..specially heat issues.

do slowly... new tech sooner or later.. and expecting new ddr4 will getting cheaper.. 

but new memory + ssd will fully boost the system..

Is it worth spending on ssd?

Any other recommendation?

Thks AthrunIJ for your reply, the Dell Inspiron comes with Intel graphic, can I play games with Intel graphic? Sorry, I'm really blank on these.

Im am so close right now to place my order for dell 7447 (i5-4210H, 500GB, 4GB, NV GTX850M, W8.1), it suit my budget. Any thought/insight about the processor? Cant go for the i7 spec since it more than RM3k

Extra feature: Durability and heat is most important. Dont want any throttling in any circumstances.

Question: Using Surface Pro 3 now but cant run newest games on Surface. Surface do get hot but it always throttles itself, so temperature is always around 70 degree.

Does gaming laptop nowadays always get to uncomfortably hot? Really dont like throttling. Wanna sell my Surface for gaming laptop but if gaming laptop also get very hot and throttles itself, might as well keep my Surface.

Or should I wait until Nvidia Pascal then only sell my Surface? Really in a dilemma now.
