1. Preferred Brand - any reliable brand
2. Budget - <RM3000
3. Usage - graphic design and video editing
4. Preferred laptop/screen size

a)screen preferable at least 15''
b)preferable light
c)fast processor enough for video editing without lag
d)at least 1980x1080 resolution
e)if possible had sd card slot (optional)

Perhaps you can consider this Lenovo laptop. It's 2.3kg though.

If you want more performance, you should avoid AMD atm. Their tech is somehow disappointing and behind Intel. Moreover, Intel Core i7 5500U is consume less power but provides better turbo clock speed than the AMD FX 7600P. The only thing that gives advantage to the AMD FX 7600P is that it has more cores. And since you don't do gaming, there is no need for the R9 GPU. This model is far more heavier than the Lenovo Z51-70. You don't wanna carry a 2.7kg laptop around. Very heavy. So consider wisely.

Or if you can wait for a few more weeks, more models will be released along with the Skylake (Intel 6th gen) processor. Decide after their release would be ideal.
