 Bonus SMS, No fair to force to expire

Bonus SMS, No fair to force to expire

I have thousand bonus sms exchanged by hotlnk with point in old plan and it never expire all this while.

I did not accept to exchange and hotlink force me to accept it.



Hotlink sent sms to force me to use all the SMS in few days and otherwise it will be expire.



It is totally no fair to do this to me.

Pls extend the period or exchange the bonus sms to other like data usage to let me use it.



Pls look seriously into this matter before you lose your loyal customer which I had been using hotlink/maxis for around 20 years.



The same issue happen to my other family member also.

I believe there are many customer have this problem.

Pls complaint here to make hotlink aware about unsatisaction from customer.

That is different rate used for this free bonus credit. Min 2 min as it count 2 min as 1 block.

U only got clarification as all people have face the same rate for free credit.

Indeed, I have over 1000 Bonus SMS redeemed from previous Hotlink Reward Plans using Hotlink Points, and they are all forced to expire on 1/7/2015.

Please reply Hotlink.

Are you referring the accumulative bonus from Hot Ticket?

When I redeem the SMS with point for many year back and that time the SMS is valid forever.


This is bound to the T&C that time.
If Hotlink no revert back the FREE sms to me, I will make a complaint to SKMM

You have not replied to the arguments I brought up with regards to this.
Reimburse the SMS or Credit value of the amount I proposed which is a fair valuation as when the SMS were redeemed using Hotlink points from previous plans.

This expiry and cleanup exercise is done for us to make changes in system to accommodate other offers in future. We do also clear stated in our PM reply earlier that all points has expired and is no longer redeemable or reimbursable

That is the reason for this thread, the bonus SMS I redeemed does not expiry on 30/6. Just because your organisation decide to do a clean up exercise to accommodate future offers, I can't be blamed for that and be held responsible so you can do future offers.

I have over 1000 free SMS, legally redeemed using Hotlink Points and have a fair value of RM10 Hotlink credit for all of them. I ask that you refund the amount which I could have used the Hotlink points to redeemed credits since you have decide not to reimburse the bonus SMS. I trust I have brought up a valid point.

Again I stress, I can't be held responsible and be forced to utilize all my 1000 bonus SMS because you decide you want to do a clean up. If you can do this, does that mean you can force users to have to complete use up their hotlink credits in the future? Obviously you can't do that, and thus the same applies in here - you can't put a restriction to how and when I want to use the bonus SMS which I have legally redeemed as per your terms and agreement stated then. Appeal to your kind consideration to settle this amicably by refunding RM10 for the 1000+ bonus SMS.
