 Bonus SMS, No fair to force to expire

Indeed, I have over 1000 Bonus SMS redeemed from previous Hotlink Reward Plans using Hotlink Points, and they are all forced to expire on 1/7/2015.

Please reply Hotlink.

You have not replied to the arguments I brought up with regards to this.
Reimburse the SMS or Credit value of the amount I proposed which is a fair valuation as when the SMS were redeemed using Hotlink points from previous plans.

That is the reason for this thread, the bonus SMS I redeemed does not expiry on 30/6. Just because your organisation decide to do a clean up exercise to accommodate future offers, I can't be blamed for that and be held responsible so you can do future offers.

I have over 1000 free SMS, legally redeemed using Hotlink Points and have a fair value of RM10 Hotlink credit for all of them. I ask that you refund the amount which I could have used the Hotlink points to redeemed credits since you have decide not to reimburse the bonus SMS. I trust I have brought up a valid point.

Again I stress, I can't be held responsible and be forced to utilize all my 1000 bonus SMS because you decide you want to do a clean up. If you can do this, does that mean you can force users to have to complete use up their hotlink credits in the future? Obviously you can't do that, and thus the same applies in here - you can't put a restriction to how and when I want to use the bonus SMS which I have legally redeemed as per your terms and agreement stated then. Appeal to your kind consideration to settle this amicably by refunding RM10 for the 1000+ bonus SMS.
